Your data and how the form works
You may provide your name, town, type of work, message and any photos you choose to share in WhatsApp. Avoid sending identity documents, third-party information or sensitive data that are not needed to assess the work.
The form prepares your message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. It does not submit an email enquiry or store the form content in a website database. You must send the message in WhatsApp for us to receive it. WhatsApp may receive the prepared text when the link opens, before you confirm sending.
Direct WhatsApp links also take you to an external service. If you prefer not to use it, you can write to the contact address.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle your enquiry to respond, assess the work, prepare a quote and, if agreed, manage the contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Where required, we process documentation to comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising.
Recipients and external services
WhatsApp enquiries use WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure. That provider processes information under its own terms; its service may involve international processing and transfers subject to the safeguards described in its policy.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), acting as data processor. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare may process technical logs, such as IP address, date, requested resource and browser information. Its network is global, so international transfers may occur under the safeguards described in Cloudflare’s policy and data processing agreement. We do not include advertising analytics or marketing trackers.
To understand how the website is used in aggregate we use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool hosted on servers in Spain managed by the website developer (velnorsecure), acting as data processor. It records the page visited, the referring page, the country and the type of device, browser and operating system. It does not keep your IP address or store anything in your browser: visits are grouped with an anonymous identifier that changes periodically. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the visit is not recorded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); you can object by enabling that signal or blocking the script.
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where necessary to provide the service, with providers subject to applicable safeguards or where legally required.
Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the quote. If a contract follows, documentation is retained for the applicable legal periods. Where required, data are restricted during potential liability periods and then deleted.
Retention of technical logs and WhatsApp information also depends on Cloudflare and WhatsApp/Meta policies. This website does not keep its own logs of enquiry content.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by contacting the controller and stating your request. Additional identification is requested only when needed to verify it.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Quote requests do not require marketing consent.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects on you.
